Die manufacturing & repair

CNC turning

So from gears to cylinder heads, we can produce objects of complex geometry in a professional and efficient manner. In addition to CNC milling, we’re also able to provide a die manufacturing and repair service which is a common manufacturing process for clients looking to produce complex metal parts at a high level. The process involves forcing metals with a low boiling point such as bronze and aluminium, into steel moulds via pneumatic pressures. The moulds that are produced can be repeated at a high volume with an excellent degree of accuracy. Our die manufacturing and repair service is suitable for those looking to produce products in a variety of industries such as automotive manufacturing or electronics. At Ghera CNC, there’s no job too big or too small, as we’re always happy to go above and beyond to fulfil the needs of our clients. Our staff have over 20 years of experience within this industry and are highly trained to operate our complex machinery.
